  • Develop RFP's for selection of Design team, project consultants and General Contractor

  • GC & Subcontractor solicitation, review, evaluation and award

  • Coordination and review of Owner's vendors and consultants to ensure adherence to project scope and goals

  • Scope and leveling of all trades​

  • Review and Evaluation of Contracts for design team, owners vendors and any project consultants

  • Contract facilitation and administration 

  • Represent Owner's best interests at all times to ensure project strategy and goals are always maintained and every dollar spent is managed efficiently and most effectively.

  • Site evaluation, existing conditions surveying, site selection & feasibility

  • Advise on selection of project team, consultants and any outside vendors so to ensure a "proper fit" for each project

  • Act as the Owner's liaison at all times from preconstruction thru project turnover

  • Work with Owner's Brokers to identify Landlord work letters, Lease review and Lease negotiations as it pertains to Owner's work

  • Owner Representation for "roll-out" strategy & construction navigation

  • From the start of every project JV Consultants actively manages every aspect of the construction process to ensure the entire project team is working towards the project goal's

  • Organize weekly project meetings and issue minutes throughout project

  • Develop, monitor and maintain strict adherence to project schedule

  • Ensure seamless coordination of all trades, vendors and owner supplied items

  • Management of Punch List, Project turnover and Project Close Outs

  • Brand expansion - Specializing in complete project management & oversight for established European or Asian restaurant brands interested in expanding into the US market.

  • Ensure completion of stipulated Landlord work per lease terms

  • Manage payment requisitioning process for entire project team i.e. Architect, Engineer, GC, Kitchen designer, Expediter and any internal/external Vendors

  • Change order review, management and processing

  • Manage lien releases

  • Site visits & Project inspections

  • Value Engineering as required to maintain adherence to project budget

  • Financial oversight and cash flow management

  • Manage all project specific deliverables in the Owner's best interest at all times.
